Ingredients:
yellow corn meal, rice flour, sugar, tapioca flour, baking powder (corn starch, sodium aluminum sulfate, calcium phosphate), gelatin, salt, guar gum, ascorbic acid (vitamin c)

What's Needed:
1 Cup milk (soy or rice milk can be substituted with excellent results)
1 Egg
1/4 Cup oil
