Ingredients:
sugar, rice flour, cocoa, tapioca flour, gelatin, baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), guar gum, salt, ascorbic acid (vitamin c)

What's Needed:
2/3 Cup oil
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1/2 Cup water

"These brownies are some of the best I have had since being diagnosed and believe me I have tried tons!! I also really like that you get such a large amount with this mix as well. They cooked up very nice and were very moist. I added chocolate chips to them and they were perfect!! My husband loves them too and he isn't Celiac. These cooked up more like the consistency of gluten containing brownies than any of the others I have tried and tasted great!!"
