As true cookie connoisseurs, we've worked extra hard to make our chocolate chip cookies the best you'll find anywhere. Taste tests have confirmed it time and again! Each mix makes about two dozen cookies.
Ingredients:
rice flour, brown sugar, sugar, tapioca flour, modified corn starch, gelatin, baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), guar gum, ascorbic acid (vitamin c)
NOTE: This version of our chocolate chip cookie mix contains no chocolate chips for those sensitive to milk and soy. Start with this base mix and add your favorite mix-in for the perfect allergen-free cookie!
What's Needed:
1 Cup softened salted butter (hard margarine or butter-flavored Crisco can be used as a dairy-free alternative)
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon vanilla
