Our gluten free / wheat free muffin mix offers endless possibilities to satisfy both savory and sweet palates alike. Just add your favorite mix-in (chocolate chips, blueberries, apples and cinnamon, nuts or even herbs, spices and cheese) and you've got a tasty treat. NOTE: Photo shows muffins baked with blueberries. Blueberries are not included in the mix.

Ingredients:
rice flour, sugar, tapioca flour, baking powder (corn starch, sodium aluminum sulfate, calcium phosphate), gelatin, salt, guar gum, ascorbic acid (vitamin c)

What's Needed:
1 Egg
1 Cup milk (soy or rice milk can be substituted with excellent results)
1/4 Cup oil
Optional 1 cup mix-in (chocolate chips, banana, blueberries, dried cranberries, nuts, etc)

Best GF Muffins I have ever tasted
"This muffin mix made a fantastic blueberry muffin. Simply following the instructions on the back and then adding 1 cup of blueberries and 1/2 cup sugar (I have a serious sweet tooth) in addition to the oil and milk as instructed yielded the most springy moist and delicious muffin that I have tasted in 15 years.
