Everyone loves our gluten free pancake and waffle mix! Your pancakes will come out looking and tasting superb, and the recipe pleases even the pickiest of palates. Mix makes about 16 medium sized pancakes or 8 waffles.

Ingredients:
rice flour, tapioca flour, baking powder (corn starch, sodium aluminum sulfate, calcium phosphate), sugar, gelatin, salt, guar gum, modified corn starch, ascorbic acid (vitamin c)

What's Needed:
2 1/2 Cups milk (soy or rice milk can be substituted with excellent results)
2 Eggs
3 Tablespoons oil
